Top Tea restaurant looks like a Hong Kong cafe with all the sign decorations, but I’m not really sure so it’s a Hong Kong style cafe. I ordered a special combo BBQ pork rice roll + Pork Bone Congee ($13.9).
Ordering
+ You find a seat, staff will tell you to scan the QR code on the table to order your food.
+ You pay after the meal.
Picking your autistic seat
+ It was too busy when I dined there. Please reference other people’s photos
Water & Napkins
+ Both are self-service.
+ They have free black tea.
+ Table drawer for cutlery.
Food - 5/10
+ Half of the BBQ pork rice rolls are cabbage rice rolls. It’s a blatant rip-off. It makes me want to draw an anti gourmet manga. Like Kodoku no Gourmet except all your dining experience are disasters.
+ Pork bone congee is plain congee with pork bone in it. Pork taste is too subtle.
Service - 9/10
Overall I will give this restaurant 3 stars. 🤓🤷

Comfortable and clean seating.
The polo bun isn’t really authentic. Quite enjoyed their hk style milk tea.

We went there for lunchtime.
We ordered through QR code, which is very easy and handy. We just need to choose the pictures with the food name and the price.
The service was good, nice.
Free water and tea available.
The pineapple bun was awesome, and the food portion was reasonable.
The interior wall is designed nicely and esthetic.
Me Only
Spam with instant noodles
- Not authentic at all
- Came without a sausage which was shown on photos
Fried Singaporean noodles
- This was done well
- Good seasoning and wok hei
Lemons tea
- too sweet but still fairly authentic
Nicely decorated restaurant . Reminds me of
home.
Will come back and try more food.
